When you enlist our professional services, you will be assigned a Landscape Maintenance
Team consisting of a Team Leader and a technician. We encourage
you to become familiar with your service team. They will be assigned
to your property for a period of no less than one season.

After each visit, our team leader will leave a service visit ticket indicating
the service performed. Unlike many landscape providers, we gladly fill
out this information to clearly communicate with our clients. Our team
members evaluate their properties and our clients have the opportunity
to respond to Quality Assurance Reports (QAR) delivered monthly.
Our two horticulturists on staff are available to answer your questions
regarding technical horticultural recommendations. Emphasis on training
and continual education ensures your team's performance will exceed your
expectations at all times.
